The Bedrooms are available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless specific alternative arrangements have been made.
Accommodation:
Where one person books multiple rooms with a deposit, it is the responsibility of that person to pay all the charges resulting in cancellation or non-arrival of guests. We regret we cannot allocate all the deposits to one room.
We reserve the right to charge the full room tariff if we were not able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
- Smoking in non-smoking room
- Breakages inside the room.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room is required to confirm the booking.
- 100% fee to cancel within 48 hours of arrival
- 50% fee to cancel within 7 days of arrival
- All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable unless the room can be re–let.
